London: Former Aussie leg spinner Shane Warne has said that the upcoming test series between Pakistan and England will be decided through the way both teams bowl because the two sides have quality bowling attacks. He added that the return of Mohammad Amir to England will be taken positively and he is sure the fast bowler will good reception.
“I think both the bowling sides will be good,” Shane Warne told Sky Sports. “I think the top order will be tested, of both Pakistan and England.”
“The weather has been horrific, pitches are going to nip around and seam,” he said. “So, it is going to be tough for those top-order batters. I think it is going to be a good series.”
Warne was optimistic that the talented fast bowler Amir will be at his best during the series and hoped that he will do just fine during the series.
“I feel for him. He’ll be fine. He is an excellent bowler. Hopefully he will be at his best for the series,” said Warne.
When asked what kind of reception he will be given from the English fans, Warne said: “I am sure he will get a good one.”
