Club CEO keen to keep Morata at Juventus
A few days back there were speculations that Real Madrid are keen on bringing in the Juventus player Alvaro Morata for the next season. The player was left to go to Juventus by Real Madrid but not without a buy back clause of around £20 million. According to latest reports the striker will be made to stay at Juve after the club CEO Giuseppe Marotta has made his intentions clear of keeping the player at the club.
“Some situations, such as Morata’s, do not depend on us. We want to keep him, but we have to deal with Real Madrid. His intention is to stay here.” said Marotta according to espnfc.com.
Earlier it was reported that Morata was weighing up his options of moving away from the current club after he was side lined from the playing eleven. The player was also on top of the Arsenal’s coach Wenger’s wish list.
