Cricketers pull Pak Army team to pull off a victory in tug of war contest
After being trained under army supervision at Kakul, Pakistan cricketers locked horns with Pak Army team in a contest of tug of war on Thursday.
Cricketers overpowered army team in the contest and celebrated their win in the most joyous manner by jumping in air and having high-fives all around that depicted a picture of a healthy environment in the camp.
Sharjeel Khan had the rope tied at the end of cricketers’ team while others were putting their effort through their hands, as the contest kicked off, the Men in Green didn’t take it long to pull army team over the deciding line.
Pakistan Cricket Board set up the fitness camp before the imprortant tour of England as they believe players’ fitness is one of the core reason of their poor show in the international cricket.
Fitness has been kept in view by selectors to shortlist players for the England tour, however, Fawad Alam who has performed outstanding in the camp and in domestic circuit couldn’t convince Inzamam Ul Haq to include him in the probable names.
A skill camp will commence from 30th May to June 5th in Lahore that will feature the shortlisted 21 players from the boot camp.
