Karachi: The test squad for Pakistan’s tour of England was announced on Sunday by the newly appointed chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq.
There was mixed reaction towards the squad that was selected as, for instance, left arm fast bowler Junaid Khan was left out for Sohail Khan as Inzamam felt that the fast bowler is yet to gain full rhythm which is why he was left out. Junaid Khan was gutted on being not selected but the fast bowler said that he will come back stronger and wished the team best of luck for the challenging tour of England.
Very disheartened for not being a part of the team…
England was my target but Allah has a better plan…
My prayers are with @TheRealPCB

On the other hand opener Mohammad Hafeez was inducted in the squad despite the fact that he is still recovering from his knee injury. Hafeez was glad to be given the opportunity to represent Pakistan on this important tour and he hoped that the team was successful on their next mission.
