Lucas Vazquez suffers injury; might miss UCL final
Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez has been diagnosed with a sprained knee and he might well miss the Los Blancos’s most important match of the season which is the final against Atletico Madrid on the 28th of May in Milan. The player suffered the injury in the 75th minute of the match against Valencia last Sunday after a rough challenge from Enzo Perez.
“Following the tests carried out on Lucas Vazquez, in the Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital, he has been diagnosed with a medial collateral sprain in his left knee. His recovery will continue to be assessed,” the statement said on the official Real Madrid website.
The talented Spanish footballer and Real Madrid’s right winger Lucas Vazquez has been in the thick of things for Real Madrid this season and the injuries to the BBC during certain times of the season ensured the the winger got more time on the field than he originally would have got had the top trident of Real Madrid was fit enough to carry the team throughout the season.
