These trials which will continue till 11th May at DHA and will be supervised by Pakistan cricketer Muhammad Hafeez and Pakistan cricket team’s assistant manager Shahid Aslam. Players who desire to participate have been asked to bring along their birth certificates. Shahid Aslam said, after the trials are over, a one-month camp would be arranged for the selected players and at the conclusion of this camp top players will be given a one-year scholarship.
Shahid Aslam says “Muhammad Hafeez ran a similar program in 2014 at the club level which was quite successful amongst the young players.” The all rounder intends taking responsibility to develop young players by moving this program to other parts of the country.
