No invitation of Kabaddi World Cup for Pakistan

Pakistan will not be participating in the Kabaddi World Cup that is scheduled to take place from November 3 in Punjab, India.

World Cup organizers believe that the current political situation of Pakistan and India is not feasible to invite the neighbours for the multi-nation kabaddi tournament.

As per Organising committee’s president and Punjab cabinet minister Sikander Singh Maluka, “The situation in the state following the surgical strike by Indian Army at the LoC does not augur well to invite Pakistan for the World Cup scheduled to be held between November 3 and 17.”
