Wasim Akram reveals the toughest batsman he ever bowled to
KARACHI: Former Pakistan ace spedster and one of the greatest fast bowlers of the world Wasim Akram has revealed that name of the toughest batsman he ever bowled to during the course of his career.
According to details Wasim Akram feels that former New Zealand batsman Martin Crowe was tough to bowl to because he was very good at tackling the reverse swing of him and Waqar Younis during their days of peak.
“If there was one batsman that I had to pick, against me and Waqar, it would be Martin Crowe because he scored got runs against us”, said Wasim.

Wasim Akram also pointed out the 1993 series when New Zealand toured Pakistan and Martin Crowe scored two centuries despite the fact that Wasim and Waqar were at their prime and were literally picking up wickets at will.
The legendary fast bowler also added that the likes of Brian Lara, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid always posed a tough challenge for him and whenever they faced off it was always a fascinating contest.
