World T20: Dark clouds hover over Kolkata
Kolkata: Rain might disturb the biggest encounter of the T20 World Cup between archrivals India and Pakistan.
Light rain brings a pleasant change in Kolkata’s weather before the start of the all-important match between India and Pakistan in the T20 World Cup. However the Weather pundits predict there may be a thunderstorm in the evening which might turn out to be a threat to the ‘high-voltage’ encounter.
According to the ground staff if rain continues it might take many hours for the ground to dry and in case of a draw due to rain, both the teams will get a single point.
It may be noted that in the T20 World Cup Pakistan has already won its first match against Bangladesh whereas India had lost against New Zealand. Getting a single point will make it difficult for India to reach to the next round.
