Karachi: Former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar has replied back to the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) trolling and accused ICC of ‘throwing neutrality out of the window, while at the same time, questioned the apex body’s state of affairs.
A few days ago, ESPNcricinfo posted a photo that featured match-ups between the greats of the current era and legendary cricketers of the 1990s and 2000s.
Shoaib Akhtar was contested with former Australian captain Steve Smith. He showed full confidence in his abilities and tweeted, “Even today, 3 hurting bouncers and I can dismiss Steve Smith on the 4th ball, Lol.”

Following Akhtar’s tweet, ICC replied back with a hilarious response as they tweeted three pictures. The first image is of Michael Jordan looking down as if he is reading something, followed by the second image which is a screenshot of Akhtar’s tweet. The third image goes back to Jordan, who is seen laughing away.

But clearly, Akhtar didn’t like the reply and tweeted, “A symbolic tweet, how ICC has thrown neutrality out of the window. Basically this is how the state of affairs are run there.”
