Alan Wilkins has a message for Pakistani cricket fans

One of the renowned commentators of the cricket world, Alan Wilkins, after yet another memorable stint in Pakistan, writes a heartfelt message for the country’s cricket fans.

Taking to Twitter, cricketer-turned-commentator thanked the cricket-loving nation for amazing hospitality during a two-weeks long action-packed tour as ODI cricket marked a return in the country.

“A wonderful two weeks in Pakistan.┬áThank You to the people of Pakistan for your welcome,” he wrote.

Moreover, he praised the Sri Lankan team for playing fearless cricket against the number one T20I ranked team at their backyard.

It is pertinent to mention here that Wilkins witnessed the historic return of ODI cricket to Pakistan as he was a part of the commentary panel for the series along with Ramiz Raja, Wasim Akram, Bazid Khan, Roshan Abeysinghe and Russel Arnold.

Hailed from Wales, Wilkins had also toured Pakistan earlier this month during the Pakistan Super League (PSL)’s last eight fixtures in Karachi.
