Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Jahangir Tareen’s son Ali Khan Tareen is interested in buying “The Sixth Team” of Pakistan Super League for its fourth season.
While talking to the media, Ali confirmed that he is interested in buying the sixth team of PSL.
“I have had two to three meetings with Pakistan Cricket Board officials in Lahore and I really want to buy the team for the fourth edition of PSL,” he said.
Ali also informed that he has completed the initial work for a tender for PSL 4.
According to the players’ manager Imran Ahmed Khan, the ownership of the sixth team will be decided through a tender, which is set to be released in the first week of December.
Imran said, “We are trying that the ownership rights of the sixth team are sold by next month.”
The six franchises of Pakistan Super League have selected their squads through a players draft earlier this month at Islamabad for the fourth season of the league, which will be played from February 14 to March 17.
