Babar, Shaheen express solidarity with Indians suffering from COVID-19

KARACHI: National skipper Babar Azam expressed his concerns over the rising COVID-19 cases in neighboring country India.

Taking to Twitter, Babar urged people to pray for India and follow SoPs to further avoid the destruction COVID-19 can cause.

“Prayers with the people of India in these catastrophic times. It’s time to show solidarity and pray together. I also request all the people out there to strictly follow SOPs, as it’s for our safety only. Together we can do it,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, young pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi replied to his tweet requesting people to follow SoPs to counter this widely-spread virus.
