Karachi: Former Pakistan prolific batsman Zaheer Abbas believes that India will be vulnerable this time and Pakistan should go all out to pull their first World Cup victory against archrivals of February 15 at Adelaide Oval, arysports.tv reported.
“India is not looking good this time and I feel this will be high time for Pakistan to catch them off guard when they meet them of February 15,” Zaheer Abbas said.
“Indian side is not looking like before and Australia and England both have mauled the Indian team in tri-series and now Australia again has thrashed them in warm-up match. They are not looking dangerous this time,” Zaheer added.
He further said that Pakistan was also not doing well and therefore the match would be a thrilling encounter.
“The Indian team has many new faces in its fold and they don’t look too threatening so I would advice Pakistan to capitalize the chance and change history,” Zaheer added.
Pakistan has never beaten traditional rival India at the World Cup stage. India has outclassed Pakistan in all five previous outings.
