Pakistan women cricket team’s left-arm spinner Nashra Sandhu is well prepared for the upcoming series against South Africa and thinks that consistency helps in winning matches.
“Its all about how you play on the game day and I think consistent performance is the key to win matches,” said Nashra while speaking to the media at National Stadium Karachi.
Nashra said that girls are on a mission to prepare themselves strongly for their upcoming ICC Women’s Championship fixture in South Africa. “The team management is working hard individually with all the girls and we are hoping to achieve good results against South Africa,” she said.
The 21-years-old cricketer said that she is focusing on his personal performance as well and ups and downs are the part of one’s career.
“As a player, performance remains your top priority and you try to convince everyone with playing quality cricket,” she said.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan will be featured in three-match ODI series against South Africa starting from May 6. They will also play five T20I series against the hosts in their backyard. The tour will be part of ICC Women’s Championship.
