Darren Sammy sends wishes on ‘Pakistan Day’


Former West Indies captain Darren Sammy has wished “Pakistan Day” to all Pakistani fans and urged them to take precautionary measures to stop the spread of coronavirus.

Sammy, who now holds honorary citizenship through his Twitter account wished the Pakistan people on the auspicious occasion.

“Happy Pakistan day to all my Pakistani brothers and sisters. May we all be safe on this day and continue to exercise the precautionary measures to stop the spread of this covid19. May God Almighty be with you all. Pakistan Zindabad,” he wrote.


It must be noted that notable national sportspersons have wished Pakistan Day and have requested them to stay at their home in order to stay safe and secure from the COVID-19.
