DG ISPR Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor welcomed Ronaldinho and his teammates for a tour to Pakistan from 6 to 8 July in coordination with Leisure Leagues.
Ronaldinho along with former football players Roberto Carlos, Robert Pires, Luis Boa Morte, David James, Nicolas Anelka and George Boateng earlier announced their visit to Pakistan. They will meet COAS Maj. Gen. Qamar Javed Bajwa on the tour and will play exhibition matches in Karachi and Lahore.

Ronaldinho, John Terry and other football legends want to promote the sport in Pakistan. The game in this country is in a miserable position at the moment with team ranked at almost the bottom of the table and no international games in the past two years.
