The captain has also been fined for 20 per cent of his match fee, while his players are fined for 10 per cent of their match fee.
The Proteas’ skipper was named as the Man of the Match for his brilliant 103-run knock in the first inning of the Cape Town Test.
The hosts have already sealed the series by winning the first two Test matches.
South Africa may have selection woes in the final Test of the series as Aiden Markram suffered an injury while fielding and did not come out to bat in the second inning of the game.
Moreover, the hosts’ star batsman, Hashim Amla got retired hurt at a score of just 2 runs as he suffered a blow on his right arm from Mohammad Amir. However, the severity of his injury is not clear yet.
Pakistan and South Africa will lock horn in a dead rubber contest on January 11 at Johannesburg.
