Pakistan left-arm speedster, Mohammad Amir received Player of the Month from Essex for his string of impressive performance in the NatWest T20 Blast.
The bowler, who was an integral part of Pakistan’s Champions Trophy winning team, played eight T20 games in the month of July where he bowled 27.3 overs, that had 53.33% of the dot balls.
The award is decided via votes from fans, Mohammad Amir got 69% of the votes for his mesmerizing bowling performances which included two-wicket spell against Surrey and a 13-run spell of four overs in a game of that tournament.
The 25-year old lethal pacer is delighted to receive the traditional award from Essex.
