Pakistan opening batsman Fakhar Zaman and all-rounder Shadab Khan has achieved career-best one-day international rankings after the series against New Zealand in UAE.
As per recent ODI rankings by ICC, Zaman got the major jump after scoring 88 and 65, against Kiwis. The 28-years-old climbed to the sixth from 11th in the latest rankings.
While the wrist spinner Shadab Khan has also achieved a career-high bowling ranking. He moved to the 16th place from 24th after bagging six wickets in the series.
The other Pakistani bowler to make an impact in the ODIs is Shaheen Shah Afridi who took nine wickets in the series. Afridi has escalated 66 places to 118th position.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Hafeez was in remarkable form with the bat against New Zealand. He aggregated 132 runs at a strike-rate of 145. The experienced cricketer is at the top fourth position in ODI all-rounder rankings.
