FIFA extends PFF Normalisation Committee’s regime till September 30

Karachi: The world’s governing body of FIFA has extended Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) Normalisation Committee’s (NC) regime till September 30.

NC has received the letter issued by FIFA. NC opined that the decision is a sign of confidence from FIFA and they will continue to work under the leadership of Haroon Malik.

“Clean, transparent and fair elections of PFF are NC’s top priority. The football community has stood by us in difficult times and will continue to work for the lifting of FIFA sanctions,” Chairman Haroon Malik.

“Ashfaq Group’s occupation of PFF headquarters has led to international sanctions. International sanctions are destroying our football,” NC.

NC has demanded from Prime Minister Imran Khan to relinquish the illegal occupation of PFF headquarters and play his part in restoring Pakistan’s global membership.

Besides Chairman Haroon Malik, Saud Hashmi, Barrister Haris Azmat and Shahid Niaz Khokhar are also members of the committee.
