KARACHI: Striker of Pakistan women’s football team Shahlyla Ahmadzai Baloch passed away after a car accident in Karachi.
According to reports Shahlyla Ahmadzai Baloch was sitting in the passenger seat and suffered fatal injuries due to the car sliding in the Defence area of Karachi.
The 20 year old player represented Pakistan in the South Asian Football Federation Women Football Championship 2014 which took place in Islamabad and was one of the best strikers of the country. The young player was a role model for many young footballers and her demise is a significant loss for the country.
