Lahore: Former cricketers highly commend Pakistan’s victory against England in test series.

According to details former cricketers have highly commended Pakistan’s victory over England  in test series played at Sharjah. Rameez Raja said that the  English side was not an easy one to play and Pakistan performed very well. Taking 20 wickets in a test is not an easy task, the spinners  demonstrated excellent  bowling. Pakistan now ranking as world number two has proven its identity in cricket  which cannot be ignored.  Muhammed Hafeez played a decisive innings and  Wahab Riaz played the same role and grabbed victory.

Abdul Qadir said England resisted beyond expectation, it was difficult to defeat their strong batting line but the spinners due to their patience and good planning accomplished their mission. You can’t leave behind  the pacers as they took some important wickets and kept consistent pressure.

Mohsin Khan said the National team defeated the visiting team after putting up a good fight keeping  the England side wondering as to what had happened. He said Misbah ul Haq is a wonderful captain he doesn’t need to retire his presence has no concern with discipline rather the team seems more confident after gaining victory.

Amir Sohail said winning over a tough team builds lot of confidence and Misbah’s captaincy played an important role, Pakistan needs him and he should delay his retirement.

While congratulating Pakistan Shoaib Muhammad said Pakistan performed superb,  the planning was good and the players worked very hard on its implementation, the spinners bowled very well and Shoaib Malik kept supporting Yasir Shah all the way.
