France to allow outdoor tennis from next Monday

Manchester: France has decided to allow outdoor tennis from next Monday with allied European countries have already moved in that direction, ARY Sports reported today.

Ireland has been working on opening outdoor tennis activities and public parks from May 18. British Prime Minister will address on the lockdown situation tonight and it is expected that the lockdown in UK will be eased, after which tennis could be returned.

Different suggestions are under consideration and tennis bodies are trying to emphasize appropriate distance measures. Conversations between and before the game can be more dangerous than hitting the ball. Coughing and sneezing should take place 60 feet away from the tennis court.

There is also a risk of the spread of coronavirus from touching the ball. Singles competition are better than doubles under these circumstances.
