Karachi: Member of the Senate of Pakistan Faisal Javed Khan has appreciated the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Government’s decision for not holding the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season five.
Faisal took to Twitter and hailed PCB on holding a successful tournament in Pakistan. “Good decision by PCB & the Government for not holding the rest of PSL 5 matches. Well done upon holding a very successful PSL 5,” he wrote.

He thanked the fans who made sure that the stadiums all over Pakistan were jam-packed and got to witness amazing encounters. In the end of his tweet he requested everyone to stay safe.
“Thanks to all spectators who have been coming & ensuring jam-packed stadiums witnessing thrillers among teams, Stay safe everyone,” he added.
It must be noted that PSL 5 knockout stage has been postponed by the PCB due to coronavirus fears and will be rescheduled once the situation gets better.
