Haider, Usman likely to play third ODI: Reports

KARACHI: Haider Ali likely to replace Asif Ali and Usman Qadir to play in place of Shadab Khan in the third ODI against South Africa, reports claimed on Tuesday.

The replacements will take place following Shadab’s injury and Asif’s poor form in the first two ODIs. Meanwhile, Sarfaraz’s chances to play the series decider are very fewer.

Asif has managed to score just 21 runs in two innings with a highest of 19 and an average of 10.50.

It must be noted here that Pakistan will face the Proteas in the third and final ODI tomorrow (April 7) at Centurion. Both teams have won a match each and looking forward to winning the series.
