England and Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane has bagged the Barclays Premier League player of the month title for this month after the player notched up five goals in four matches for his side.
He scored goals against Arsenal, Aston Villa and Bournemouth and looked in good touch throughout the month of march which is why this accolade was well deserved.
Kane’s side is second on the English Premier League ladder and are seven points behind the toppers Leicester City. The striker has scored 22 goals fro his side this season and he has been instrumental in getting his side in the reckoning for the league title. He currently sits pretty as the top goal scorer in Premier League this season and his nearest competitor is James Vardy of Leicester City who has 19 goals this season and with handful of games remaining this season Harry Kane will be hoping that he can clinch the elusive Golden Boot and more importantly lead his side to the Premier League crown.
Tottenham play the Manchester United side this weekend and they would ideally love a win against the Red Devils to keep their hopes alive for a league title. The match is scheduled to take place on the 10th of April at the White Hart Lane and so the Spurs have the added home advantage to utilize and secure a win.
