Islamabad United claimed their second Pakistan Super League title in the third edition of the tournament by defeating Peshawar Zalmi in the final by three wickets at National Stadium Karachi.
Islamabad United’s Shadab Khan, who took three wickets for 25 runs in the big final, tweeted a photo of him lifting the trophy and thanked Karachiites for the support.

During the final, Islamabad United dominated almost the whole game, but one of the highlights of the match was when Hasan Ali dismissed his best friend Shadab Khan and showed him the way back to dressing room.
After the match, Shadab Khan caught Hasan Ali in a friendly headlock and asked Faheem Ashraf for the bat to hit him as they all shared laughs.
