Pakistan Hockey players to give online fitness Test today


Lahore: The fitness Tests of the potential players of the Pakistan Hockey team will be held today, ARY Sports reported on Thursday.

The tests of the national hockey players will be conducted through video recording and the team management has sent the test plan to the players too.

Lunges, modified planks, pushups, burpees, body squats, and jumping squats will be included in the test. A total of 48 players will give the Test, 15 players will give on Day one.

“Players have been asked to make a one minute video while doing all the mentioned exercises,” the national team’s head coach Khuawaj Junaid said.

“Upon completion of the fitness test, the players will be given a training plan for Ramadan,” he added.

It must be noted that the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) announced to take players’ online fitness Tests to overview their fitness during current nationwide forced lockdown.
