Hyderabad Ke Shehzade continued their impressive run in a match of Karachi Kings’ tournament Sindh Ke Shehzade as they defeated Sukkur Ke Shehzade convincingly by 63 runs played at the Naya Nazimabad stadium.
Hyderabad Ke Shehzade won the toss and elected to bat first. It was not a convincing start for them as they lost 3 wickets for just 51 runs, but Daniyal Rasool and Noor Wali played impressive innings in the game.
Daniyal Rasool played another courageous inning of 47 runs, while Noor Wali struck 48 runs to take their team to a hefty total of 161 runs.
Ali Asghar remained the pick of the bowlers with his three wickets for 39 runs in four overs, whereas Raza-ul-Hasan took one wicket.
Sukkur Ke Shehzade struggled while chasing the big total as they lost six wickets for just 31 runs.
Muhammad Imran (32) and Ali Asghar (37) were the only batsmen of Sukkur Ke Shehzade who scored in double figures as the whole side tumbled for 98 runs.
Noor Wali took three wickets in the game, while Muhammad Waqar struck twice in the game. Asif Mehmood, Rao Sajid, Daniyal Rasool and Toheed Khan took one wicket apiece.
