The trophy of the International Cricket Council (ICC) cricket World Cup 2019 will reach Pakistan for 10 days country tour on October 3.
The trophy will be visiting three cities including Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi providing a chance to the cricket lovers in the country to get up close to the most valuable title in the world of cricket.
The trophy will start its journey flying from Dubai [ICC headquarters] on August 27 and will reach Pakistan after seven days.
The trophy will remain in Lahore till October 6 before moving to the twin cities, Islamabad and Rawalpindi to mark its presence for two days.
After spending first six days in Punjab, the trophy will tour the largest city of Pakistan, Karachi where it will be taken to the landmarks places of the city.
It is pertinent to mention here that the most coveted prize would travel to five continents, 21 countries and over 60 cities to complete the “most connected Trophy Tour ever”
The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 is scheduled from May 30 to July 14 in England and Wales.
