The skipper of Karachi Kings Imad Wasim was injured during the game against Lahore Qalandars on Sunday in the ongoing Pakistan Supre League. He fell on the head while taking the catch at the mid-on and was then stretchered off the field.
However, Karachi Kings’ skipper is stable and will be put under observation until evening.
During the post-match press talk, Kings coach Mickey Arthur informed that Imad “will stay in for observation” and he had remained in the hospital “to have a CT scan”. Arthur reiterated that Imad seemed alright.
The owner of Karachi Kings Salman Iqbal soon rushed to the hospital after the match was finished and met the skipper of the team. He took to Twitter to inform the concerned cricket fans about his health and mentioned that he was fine and safe.
