Pakistan’s all-rounder, Imad Wasim is eyeing make a comeback in the national side during the two-match T20I series against Scotland in June later this year.
Imad has not played any competitive cricket since he sustained a head injury against Lahore Qalandars during the third season of the Pakistan Super League.
However, when he was recovering from the concussion, his knee injury, which he suffered during the T10 League in December, reappeared and forced him out of action during Pakistan’s historical three T20Is against the West Indies at the National Stadium Karachi.
Imad Wasim is travelling to England to see a knee specialist and attain full fitness before making his comeback against Scotland for the T20I series.
Pakistan team is currently in England, gearing up for their one-off Test against Ireland and the two-match Test series against England.
