Imam ul Haq

Batsman Imam-ul-Haq apologised for his rude behaviour towards Shane Watson on Sunday night at the final of Pakistan Super League season four.

It all started when Ahmed Shehzad took a single while chasing 139 runs against Peshawar Zalmi and Watson got easily run out by a direct hit. Imam pointed the former australian batsman to the dressing room on his way out.

After the incident, the fans bashed Imam on social media for his disrespectful gesture towards the foreign cricketer.

Later Imam took to Twitter to apologize for yesterday’s behaviour, “Yesterday’s incident happened in the heat of the moment. My reaction to Watson’s inappropriate abusive comments was avoidable, for which I apologise. It was a good match and a great HBL PSL 2019, let’s enjoy its success. Congrats to Gladiators and Watson for the trophy and awards,” he wrote on his Twitter handle
