Imran Khan blamed for Pakistan’s defeat against India

In the report submitted to the fact finding committee by the manager, Intikhab Alam has held Imran Khan responsible for Pakistan’s defeat against India in the World T20.

The World Cup winning captain of Pakistan, Imran Khan looked absolutely bewildered with the allegation put on him by the team manager.

Imran Khan said while addressing a press conference, “My advice to the team is being blamed for the defeat [against India].”

Intikhab Alam has mentioned in his report that Khan’s advice to the team “never allowed the possibility of defeat, enter their consciousness”.

Alam went on to say in the report that Imran Khan is not well aware of the new tricks and trades used in the modern version of cricket, “not too familiar with the demands and tactics employed in this condensed, post-modern format of the game.

Imran Khan was invited by the Pakistani T20 skipper, Shahid Afridi to watch the match. Imran Khan gave a morale boosting speech to the team before the start of the game that don’t give up till the last ball is bowled. He also gave some advises to the team that couldn’t help Pakistan.

India defeated Pakistan convincingly with a huge margin of 6 wickets in a jam-packed Eden Garden, Kolkata.

Imran Khan once again criticized Najam Sethi, saying that Sethi will not resign from his position even if everyone who is responsible for the defeat handover their resignations.

Khan blamed Najam Sethi and Shahryar Khan as the main culprits for the crashing defeats of Pakistan during World T20 and Asia Cup.
