India to host the second Blind T20 World Cup next year

Second blind T20 cricket world cup will be played in India next year, where the hosts will look to defend their title.

World Blind Cricket Council president, Syed Sultan Shah announced that the tournament will take place from January 30 to February 12.

As per the details, eight teams of the world, including Pakistan, have assured their participation in the multi-nation event of blind of cricket.

Back in 2012, India won the first Blind T20 World Cup defeating the arch rivals, Pakistan in the final.

The venues of the event include Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kochi, Fareedabad and Ahmedabad. Delhi will host the opening ceremony of the tournament.
