The International Cricket Council (ICC) will send a reply to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) today whether the T10 League is transparent or not, the PCB asked for written assurance in this regard.
PCB had expressed reservations over the transparency of T10 League. PCB has also decide not to send any Pakistani player to the league until they get a written assurance.
Moreover, the league’s franchise partner is allegedly involved in money laundering. According to an international media group, they have been detained in London.
The inquiry was also going on in India against the controversial league’s central sponsor.
Meanwhile, chairman PCB Ehsan Mani said that it is not clear where the funds are coming from.
As per cricket observers, T10 League is becoming match-fixers’ paradise as it does not have a clear system of check and balance and the league is also free from the ICC Anti-corruption Unit.
