Karachi Kings hope to get their winning for back

Karachi Kings have not been able to click in the fourth season of the league so far, losing four out of the six games they have played so far, which has made all their remaining games extremely important.

Karachi Kings will face Lahore Qalandars in the second leg of the PSL 4 at Dubai on Thursday, where they will look to regain their winning groove to advance in the tournament.

Kings have so far showed glimpses of brilliance against Multan Sultans, Quetta Gladiators and in other encounters which ended in a losing cause. However, if they still manage to recompose themselves, they can do well in the campaign.

On the other hand, Lahore Qalandars, after suffering a streak of defeats, seem to have got their winning instinct as they knocked down Multan Sultans in a thrilling contest chasing down 201, while crushing Quetta Gladiators in a one-sided contest.

They also got the better of Karachi Kings in their first meeting of the fourth edition of the PSL, so they will be confident ahead of the contest. Whereas, Qalandars must be wary of Karachi Kings’ strength, which they show against Gladiators.

Karachi Kings will be looking towards Colin Munro to fire as he can single-handedly change the course of the game. Moreover, they are struggling to find a suitable candidate for the third pacer as both Usman Shinwari and Sohail Khan have failed in the campaign.

The young fast bowler, Haris Rauf and in-form AB de Villiers will be key for Karachi Kings, if they are successful in taming these two players from Qalandars’ side, Kings will have a bright chance to succeed in the game.

One this is certain that the encounter between Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars will be a cracker.
