Karachi Kings to play practice match against Islamabad United


Karachi: The most followed franchise of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Karachi Kings will hold a practice match at the UBL Sports Complex in Karachi against Islamabad United today.

All the teams of the PSL will play a practice match before the start of the fifth edition of the tournament in Karachi on February 20.

A few days back, Head coach Dean Jones emphasized the importance of practice matches for the preparation of the competition.

“It is something really important. We will try to conduct practice matches on different occasions to prepare our boys strongly for the event,” he highlighted.

Kings’ squad along with head coach and skipper Imad Wasim took part in the open media session held in Karachi yesterday.

It must be noted that Karachi Kings’ foreign players have started to arrive in Karachi for the upcoming edition. King’s will start their PSL campaign against Peshawar Zalmi on February 21st in Karachi.
