Kohli rates Amir as a world class bowler


The arch rivals, Pakistan and India will take on each other in a T20 game of Asia Cup on 27th February. Although, India versus Pakistan is always a special contest, but, the Indian batting star, Virat Kohli feels nothing special about the game.

On a question regarding the upcoming bout with Pakistan, Kohli replied that he looks all oppositions in the same view. However, Kohli couldn’t resist commenting on Mohammad Amir’s return. The Indian batting star seems to be impressed by the Pakistani pace sensation.


Kohli exclaimed that he is happy to see Amir back on the international stage. Virat seemed pleased with the fact that Mohammad Amir realized his mistake, learned from it and rectified himself. Indian test skipper didn’t stop here; he went on to say if Amir had not been banned for five years, he must have been among the top three bowlers of the world.

Virat praised Amir saying he has always rated Amir as a world class bowlers, he has got pace, bounce and a very good yorker. Kohli has wished Amir the best and appreciated his hard work to make a comeback; he believes it takes a lot of courage to do what Amir did to return to the international cricket.
