Kohli’s masterclass, Jadeja’s patience helped India another ODI series win


Once again it was a normal day for skipper Virat Kohli and his men while chasing a target of 316 as they chased the target with eight balls to spare. courtesy Ravindra Jadeja’s 39 and Shardul Thakur little cameo of 17 in just six balls, in the end. Earlier, the hosts put the visiting team to bat first and they posted an alarming total of 315 by the help of dangerous Nicholas Pooran (89) and captain Kieron Pollard (74*). They haunted Indian bowlers to all parts of the ground, adding 133 to the fifth-wicket partnership.

Debutant Navdeep Saini claimed two wickets. Other notable run-scorer for Windies were Shai Hope (42), Rostan Chase (38) and Shimron Hetmyer (37) all adding valuable contributions to the total.
