Likely PSL signing

English test captain Alastair Cook is likely to Pakistan Super League’s next big signing as various sources have confirmed that the talks between the two player and organizers are in the final stages and the decision will be reveled soon. A report published in ESPNcricinfo also confirmed this news regarding the English skipper.

Alastair Cook is not a regular in the English ODI side which is why he would be available for the tournament in February. Other English players such as the likes of Bell, James Anderson and Kevin Pietersen have already signed up with the league and will take part in the inaugural season.

Cook has just played 4 T20I for England but has also played 32 T20 matches in leagues and domestic cricket in England.
