The eliminator of the Pakistan Super League will be played between Karachi Kings and Islamabad United at Dubai. The loser of this match will be eliminated from the tournament whereas the winner will proceed to playoff 3 and will face the Peshawar Zalmi side.
The Kings will be captained by Ravi Bopara instead of Shoaib Malik because the latter stepped down as captain of the side due to the lacklustre performance of the team under his leadership.
During the group stage of the tournament Islamabad United were triumphant in both their matches against the Karachi Kings so they would confident to secure another win tonight but the cricket is a funny game and you can not rule out the Karachi side so early in the piece.
Islamabad United has won the toss and they will be bowling first. With the dew factor in the mix, this seems like a pretty decent decision.
