Earlier, opener Colin Munro got the hold of the situation and scored unbeaten 86 off 50 to help United post 198-3 in 20 overs. The left-handed batsman struck eight boundaries and three sixes.

Sent into bat first, United got a strong start by their openers Munro and Luke Ronchi. Both the batters scored 103 runs together in 11 overs. Ronchi fell to Mohammad Hafeez in 12th over after scoring 48 runs off 31 balls laced with six boundaries and a six.

Colin Ingram struck six boundaries to contribute 29 runs off 19 balls. Asif Ali made 20 runs off just six deliveries with the help of three boundaries and a six.
For Qalandars, Hafeez, Salman Irshad, and Mohammad Faizan bagged a wicket each.
In reply, Qalandars’ batting line once again collapsed badly. They kept on losing the wickets after regular intervals. Lower order batsman Usman Shinwari struck 30 runs off 14 balls with the help of four sixes.
