Misbah achieves another feat


Pakistan’s most successful test captain, Misbah Ul Haq has achieved another feat in his career by making his way into the top ten run-scorers as captain in test cricket’s history.

The 42-year old has captained Pakistan in 48 test matches and has scored 3,819 runs at an average of 55.34. He is the only Asian to be in that list of elites.

The list is led by former South African captain, Graeme Smith, who also holds the record of captaining the most test matches with 109 tests. He has scored 8,659 runs at an average of 47.83.
