Pakistan’s only pro boxer, Muhammad Waseem aims to defeat the experienced South African boxer Moruti Mthalane to claim the IBF Flyweight Championship.
Waseem will face off Moruti on July 15th at Kuala Lumpur, where he will look to maintain his perfect record as a pro boxer where he has managed 8 wins in 8 bouts.
The task will not be easy for the ‘Falcon’ as his opponent has also got an impressive record of 35 wins in 37 matches, but he believes he is well-prepared for the challenge.
“I am ready for my bout on July 15th,” Muhammad Waseem stated in a video message. “I hope I will bring this title to Pakistan,” he added.
The former WBC Silver Flyweight champion has urged his fans to pray for his success in the coming contest.
Waseem was also the top-ranked flyweight boxer in WBC ranking, he lost his title because of not defending it within 90 days due to lack of funds.
