Mustafa Ali, Pakistan’s first wrestler in WWE

After a long wait Pakistan finally has some representation in USA’s World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

Mustafa Ali, an American professional wrestler has been selected into the inaugural WWE Cruiserweight Classic tournament. His hometown has been published as Karachi, Pakistan and Bolingbrook, Illinois, USA.

Mustafa weighs in at 180 lbs, height 5ft 10 inches. His style is technical, high flying.

He is an experienced fighter, with over a decade of experience behind him on the independent circuit.

His childhood wrestling inspiration was Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart.

His signature finishing move is the reverse 450 splash, known as the ‘weapon of mass destruction’.

The WWE wrote the following introduction about him on their website:

‘A veteran of the cruiserweight wars, Mustafa Ali will aim to bring his years of experience to Full Sail University in pursuit of the Cruiserweight Classic crown.

Ali is no stranger to stiff competition, having traveled all over the country for a decade-plus, squaring off with some of the toughest competition both the cruiserweight and heavyweight divisions have to offer. Will his multi-level experience help him float and sting to glory in the Cruiserweight Classic?’

History has been made by raising a Pakistan flag in a WWE ring, for the very first time.

We wish Mustafa Ali the very best and hope he wins the Cruiserweight title.
