The chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board’s executive committee Najam Sethi has expressed his desire to include a team from Kashmir in the second edition of Pakistan Super League.
Najam Sethi tweeted on social media website Twitter that it is his dream to induct a team from Kashmir in Pakistan Super League but in order to go ahead with this initiative he would love to see the other 5 franchises support him and turn this dream into a reality.
My dream is to launch 6th Kashmir team in PSL this year. Hope our five franchisee partners will support me in this initiative.

The inaugural edition of Pakistan Super League took place in UAE where five teams participated namely Peshawar Zalmi, Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Quetta Galadiators and the champions Islamabad United.
Successful first edition!
The Pakistan Super League was a huge success not just financially but also in terms of promoting a soft image of Pakistan in front of the entire world. A team from Kashmir would be the ideal addition to PSL as the a lot of talent exist in that area but they lack an ideal forum to express themselves and nurture their skills.
It may be noted that many cricket fans from Pakistan have raised their voice in support of a team from Kashmir to be included in PSL and this news will be a breath of fresh air for the cricket thirsty nation.
