Pakistan left-handed batsman Nasir Jamshed has confessed his act and has also pleaded guilty  to bribe fellow players in the Pakistan Super League season 2, ARY News reported.

Test batsman who was initially handed over a ten-year ban by the Pakistan Cricket Board in 2018 plea during a court hearing at Manchester, England on Monday.

Nasir defended himself last week at a pre-hearing but his two fellow involved individuals Yousef Anwar, 36, and Mohammed Ijaz, 34 admitted offering money related preferences to PSL players with the aim of initiating them to perform inappropriately by failing to play intensely in a good way.

In February, all three men will be sentenced on a given date.

Investigators told the court a covert cop had uncovered proof by claiming to be an individual of a corrupt betting syndicate.

The efforts of the investigators also led to the disclosure of an endeavored fix in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) in 2016 and a real fix in the PSL initial matches in February 2017.

Nasir was also said to be the man behind the bribery in BPL before he asked different players to spot-fix the opening match between Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi.

The 33-year-old Nasir Jamshed has played two Tests, 48 ODI and 18 T20I.
