Karachi: Former England captain Nasser Hussain and Ian Bishop have praised Babar Azam after he played a classy knock, driving Karachi Kings to the first-ever Pakistan Super League (PSL) title win over Lahore Qalandars.
The 26-year-old Babar Azam remained unbeaten at 63 off 49 balls, powered by seven fours on a difficult track.
Not just Nasser and Bishop, cricket pundits, fans also praised Pakistan’s captain, who finished as the leading run-getter of the competition. In 11 innings, he accumulated 473 runs at an average of 59.12.
